Paul will add the privacy text here. To add the text:
1. Go to Admin section and login using the admin credentials.
2. Go to Content > Static Content Manager and find content named "Privacy".
3. Click on the content to open it in EDIT mode and stry typing in the window.
ALTERNATIVELY
This can also be edited from the front end after logging in as the administrator (login section available in the Resources section).
